"In 2006 I injured 2 lumbar vertebrae when I fell off a ladder. After some doctor-prescribed physical therapy, which did not help much, I began working with Rich again - I had seen him before my accident to work on some general flexibility issues. Within about 6-8 weeks, Rich got me back to a point where I was able to gradually resume normal activities. The time working with Rich was much more productive that the PT sessions because Rich was actually working the muscles and tendons at and around the injured area and retrained them to let go of the "protective" state and to start working "normally" again. The PT guy just had me do some exercise which he "supervised" - for twice the fees Rich is charging. Without the help of Rich I would not have recovered that quickly and I can without hesitation recommend Rich and his great services."

"I have experienced moderate-to-severe body pain for several years due to a mild form of scoliosis. My chiropractor referred me to Rich. Overtime, Rich retrained my muscles, fascia, joint, etc., to work as designed and to work together smoothly. My pain level is reduced significantly - both in frequency and in intensity. Rich also taught me many exercises to maintain my new flexibilty. I firmly believe that Rich's knowledge and skills have made the difference for me between a life of increasing pain and disability, and what I have now-a more comfortable body that is increasingly able to do more activities."

"I have known and worked with Rich for over 5 years, first as a student and later as a practitioner and co teacher. He has synthesized what he has learned from many therapeutic disciplines into his unique way of working with people. His work is based on his knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology, and psychology, combined with his empirical knowledge of good health and well being. I am impressed with his well grounded sensitivity and his irreproachable personal integrity and professional ethics. I predict a bright future for this very talented and gifted young man. You gotta love the guy."

"I went knocking on Rich’s door almost 3 years ago. He was my last resort. From what I can remember, my physical ailments started when I was about 14 years old and over the course of 13 years got much worse. I was in chronic pain (neck and back) and becoming more depressed. A friend of mine who had worked with Rich urged me for almost 2 years to go see Rich, but I was skeptical as to how he could help me. After doctors told me there was nothing they could do to help my situation, and repeated cycles of physical therapy had no positive effect, I felt I had nothing to lose by seeing Rich. I am in a better state, both physically and mentally, than I ever thought possible. I have range of motion back in my cervical spine and am 99% pain-free. I feel better, move better, sleep better and most of importantly have a much better attitude. Rich has been so patient with me, teaching me along the way. It’s been a learning process for us both. I can’t stress how thankful I am that I had the opportunity to work with him."
